This Privacy Policy describes how Phēnix Wearables ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") and connects to your supported wearable device.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Health and Fitness Data

To provide fitness tracking features, with your consent, we collect data from your wearable device sensors, including:

• Step count, distance, and calories burned
• Heart rate
• Blood pressure and blood oxygen levels
• Sleep patterns (duration and quality)
• Body sensor data

This data is processed locally on your device and synchronized with the App to visualize your health trends. We do not sell your health data to third parties.

1.2. Device and Location Information

We collect information about your mobile device and your connected wearable device, including hardware models, operating system versions, and unique device identifiers.

Note on Location Data: To scan for and connect to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, Android requires Location permissions. We access your location only to facilitate this Bluetooth connection. We do not track your real-time location for marketing purposes.

1.3. Communications Data (SMS, Calls, Contacts)

To provide the core functionality of receiving notifications on your wearable device, the App requires sensitive permissions, including:

• Phone/Call Logs: To display incoming call information and allow you to answer/reject calls from the watch.
• SMS: To display incoming text messages on your wearable device.
• Contacts: To display the caller's name (Caller ID) on your wearable device.

This data is accessed only to transfer the notification content from your phone to your connected wearable device via Bluetooth. We do not store your call logs, SMS content, or contacts on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To pair and maintain a connection with your wearable device.
• To display health and fitness data in the App.
• To push notifications (calls, SMS, app alerts) to your wearable device.
• To provide features like "Find My Phone" or "Find My Watch".

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:

• With your consent: If you choose to sync your data with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Fit).
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can control the App's access to your data through your mobile device settings. You may revoke permissions (Bluetooth, Location, SMS, Phone, Contacts) at any time, though this will limit the functionality of the App (e.g., notifications will not work on the watch).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
